And one delightfully long breakdown later ... ;) I've realized something. When I'm stressed, everything just seems to feel twenty times worse. It all builds up, comes together, and sends me flying into a zone of insanity that I really don't appreciate. Hehe That's what happened tonight, and I lost something so vital: perspective.
We all have moments when we lose it. After all, we're human. :) But we have to remember that we're also spirits, and that we have a spiritual Father who watches over us 24-7 - without exception. It's hard to let go of things and give them to Him ... it really, really is. But if we don't do that, what's the alternative? Do we really want to carry these weights on our own? Deep down, I don't think so.
Despite all of the madness and stress, life really is good - we just have to focus on the bright, positive times. :) Like me blowing bubbles outside today with adorable children. I loved that. I loved letting go for a little while. And in letting go, I felt better. I think that's the key for all of us. If we can let go of the stress, our emotions no longer feed off of it, and we can feed them good thoughts and feelings instead.
Right now, my schedule is insane, so I know how hard this can be ... but try. Try to let go. And if you have to cut back on some things, or let yourself have a break, that's okay. Being healthy is far more important than being that person who does everything - and eventually runs themselves into the ground. And if you can't cut back, at least give yourself a tiny bit of time to recharge - even if that simply means getting enough sleep, which I'm failing at right now. ;) And considering it's midnight, I'm going to check out. But good luck, my friends. <3 I love you!

You're right. Life sometimes throw us a curve ball, but it's still good. There is still laughter within us. Just let it out. Passing through on the road trip. Michelle @ http://www.writer-way.blogspot.com
