Beware of Follow Buttons, and Other Criminals

The 'Follow' button, in my mind, always reads this simple message: It's legal to stalk me. Of course, when I see it, I almost always accept the invitation. :)
So, when browsing through those I stalk, I came upon the latest victim of the infamous Mustache Bandit. If you've never heard of him, you have now. That victim was Brenda Sills (Yes, that's a link). And who did I find in her company after the horrible crime took place??

*Gasp.* It's me. Does this mean the bandit knows of my existence? And if so, will I be the next one he strikes?
