W is for Writing

Woah, I know. Writing! So original. ;) But actually, today, it's the thing I'm happiest about! You know that fantasy series I'm always talking about, or teasing you guys with? The one I've re-written a billion times since I was eleven? Yeah, well, I'm writing it again ... and after getting out 1,600 words today, I'm pretty sure this is the one. It's finally happening, and I'm really excited about the project, which is a feeling I haven't had in a while. :) I love the Sanctuary Trilogy, it's my baby, but the Legends of Elldamorae is like the baby of all babies (Except my future actual babies, of course). I literally grew up imagining the characters, and I've been so nervous about seriously writing it, because it means so much to me. I can't handle the thought of messing it up. But I really do think this time will be it, and I can't wait!

No worries, I'm still working on Sanctuary. The second book is super close to being done - my editor is currently reading through it a final time. And the third book is still around 13,000 words, but that's okay. I'll get to it. I'm just so stoked about Elldamorae. :) Finally! <3
