Earlier, I was dreading track a bit - just thinking about how sore I am and what a pain running will be (Hard to really want to go sometimes). And then I saw the news of the Boston Marathon bombing.
Such a terrible, terrible thing. We see more and more of these stories and all I can think is that the Second Coming must be comin' soon ...
Makes me so grateful that I'm simply capable of running. Even if I feel awful ... at least I'm alive. Really puts things into perspective.
Prayers to the families of individuals who can't say the same, and to anyone who was affected by such a tragedy.
God be with you. Pray always. He is listening. He is watching. And He weeps with those who mourn.

I read about the bombing just before my hit the pillow last night. It's such a tragic turn of events. Why do people do this to each other? I will never, ever understand it.
